Designed the end to end experience for Webstore, a website builder that enables South African merchants to create online stores in minutes, driving increased e commerce adoption
Spearheaded the design of user centric solutions for merchant inventory management, resulting in streamlined stock tracking for merchants
Researched and designed the addition of Apple Pay and Google Pay as additional iKhokha payment methods.
Designed solutions in collaboration with product managers to address specific needs of businesses in South Africa.

Sendy Limited
Redesigned the Sendy logistics app to solve most of the existing UX challenges which resulted to the app’s Google playstore rating rising from 3.9 stars to 4.6 stars.
Designed fulfilment and logistic solutions to address specific needs for merchants in Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria and Ivory coast.
Worked to reduce Sendy’s cancellation rate of orders from 20% to 4% by designing solutions that improve rider and driver behaviour.
Redesigned the SendyGo shopping app which increased the average shopping basket value from 900Ksh to 1,300Ksh.
Being the first UX designer at Sendy, I was instrumental at defining the UX processes and advocating for the role of UX in the development cycle.
